  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance claims.

  • In the case of insurance claims, the customer is responsible for any deductible not covered by the insurance provider.

4. Insurance Claims

  • You authorize us to act on your behalf in communicating with your insurance provider.

  • You remain responsible for ensuring your insurance provider pays for covered repairs.

5. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work.

  • All repairs are backed by a lifetime limited warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.

  • The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by future hail, accidents, or misuse.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove personal items from your vehicle before service.

  • Notify us of any aftermarket parts or modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Hail Repair Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for such services.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

We respect your privacy. Any information collected will be used solely for communication, estimates, service provision, or insurance claims. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to deliver services or by law.
