When Hail Damage is so severe and the hail damage breaks the paint then we must use conventional Autobody Repair to Repair the Hail Damage.   We are ICarr Certified.  In other words, whatever the damage is, we are able to Repair your vehicle.  With over 50 years in Full Autobody experience and over 43 years of Paintless Dent Repair experience, your vehicle is in safe and experienced hands.

No vehicle leaves our facility without going through a 3-person quality-control panel.  This is why 95% of our vehicles once repaired and delivered to our customers never return due to something not being fixed.

Our Process:

Let’s go over our process: 

Here are examples of two scenarios. 

Scenario 1: (When a customer has not filed a claim.)

  1. We will go to your home or work and look at your vehicle to determine the degree of Hail Damage.
  2. We will call in the claim to your insurance company.  
  3. We will provide you a rental vehicle.  If you have rental coverage your insurance company will pay for the rental.  If you don’t have rental coverage, we will pay for your rental vehicle.  Either way there will be no cost to you. 
  4. We schedule the adjuster to come to our facility for two primary reasons. 

A. We prep your vehicle for the inspection.  We wash your vehicle, we put your vehicle under special LED lighting that shows all the hail damage.  We mark all the hail damage that is on your vehicle.  When the adjuster arrives at our facility we have an estimate for the adjuster and management goes over the vehicle with the adjuster under the special lighting. This ensures all damages are visible and taken care of in the hail claim. This saves time eliminating supplements. 

B. Having the Insurance adjuster meet us at our facility keeps your schedule normal.  Instead of you meeting the adjuster and taking time out of your schedule, we just set up the inspection at our facility, prep your vehicle and walk the inspection with the adjuster under special lighting. 

  1. Once the adjuster views your vehicle and approves the hail damage, your vehicle immediately goes into production. 
  2. Once your vehicle is finished, it is detailed and goes to Quality Control for approval to deliver your vehicle to you.  If the vehicle passes Quality Control, it is set for delivery to you.  If it does not pass Quality Control, the vehicle is sent back to production to cure the problem and then it is sent back to Quality Control for approval to deliver. 
  3. We set up a convenient time to deliver your vehicle back to you. 

 

Scenario 2:  (When a customer already filed a claim and you already had your vehicle inspected.) 

All the above steps will remain the same except. 

Once your vehicle is in our Repair Facility, we prep your vehicle. 

We wash your vehicle, put your vehicle under special LED lighting and we compare the initial estimate with our estimate to ensure all damages are covered. We make sure all damages are covered.  98% of all inspections when conducted with the adjuster and the customers does not cover all the damages.   The primary reason why, is the vehicle is not being look at under special lighting to detect all the hail damage.  The adjusters will often inform the customer that the Repair Facility may find additional hail damage and the repair facility can submit a supplement to the insurance company to take care of the additional hail damages.  

 Once the insurance company approves the additional hail damages your vehicles goes immediately into production.
